We offer construction of listed plans, a custom plan drawn by us, or a set of plans you have. We can draft a custom plan from a sketch, ideas, or inspirational photos. Please click a plan for pricing & details. All construction is performed by our high-quality local contractor partners. Pricing is based off a level lot; site preparation, driveway, septic, and utility ditches are not included. Porch ceilings not included in shell pricing. Slick-finish concrete slab with broom finish porches. Stamping & coloring available at additional cost. Floor plan changes require plan at stock plan cost plus hourly revision charge.
